PISTON-MEMBRANE PUMPS are supplied in two models, with single and double head.
They have been projected and assembled for pumping very abrasive liquids and they are suitable for feeding the filter press.
The duration in time is guaranteed by the absence of contact between the moving mechanical parts and the fluid to be pumped.
A bath oil crank driven by an oversize gearmotor.
A bronze piston actuated by a connecting rod linked to the crank.
A high-resistance bronze-aluminium alloy body complete with valve bodies.
A membrane made in acid-resistant material with a high resistance to abrasion.
On request, one can analyse the possibility of using different materials.
Two ball valves for suction and delivery respectively.
A stainless steel surge tank.
An oil regulation device interposed between the piston and the membrane.
The gear motor rotates the crank which by means of the connecting rod moves the piston generating a "to and fro movement."
By means of the interposed oil such movement is transmitted to the membrane which assisted by the suction and delivery valves exerts a suction and pressing effect which determines the pumping of the slurries to be filtered up to the maximum pressure of 16 Bar.
The typical feature of these pumps is to be particularly suitable for abrasive sludge.
The slurry is fed to the filter with an almost constant flow rate until the maximum pressure is reached; then there will be an intermittent operation which must be managed from the filter press control cabinet within two pressure thresholds.
The gear motor is oversized in order to better withstand the high pressure intermittent work action which occurs in the final stage of filtration.
- Two speed motor
- Pump electrical control panel and complete filtration management of the pressure transducer with tools, particularly suitable for installation on old filters.
- Electrical panel with PLC for control of the pump via inverter and filtration management with PID method complete with pressure transducer with tools, particularly suitable to achieve good levels of dehydration in a short time.
- Constructions with special materials in contact with fluid.
