The QuickDry filter press is a semi-automatic machine.
The electric control automatically manages all of the filtration steps, but the discharge of the pressed sludge is done manually by the operator.
The structure is built in electro welded carbon steel and it includes all the devices necessary to control the filtration process.
The feeding of the slurry in a central position, while the discharge of the filtered liquid may be effected both by an opened channel or by a closed manifold.

The power supply system provides, depending on the cases, the use of pumps: diaphragm, piston, piston-diaphragm.
The plates are in polypropylene with a high-efficiency; the clothes are of a special type and they are selected on the ground of the filtration that must be carried out.
All dimensions 320, 440, 4959, 600, 800, 1000 are realized in the HD version with motorized hydraulic control unit and automatic pressure replenishing system.
For particular applications or to contain costs, the QUICKDRY press filters can be built in the HMD version with manually controlled hydraulic unit and locking safety screw.
